| Several years ago, a woman on here suggested I purchase a hp LaserJet 4200 printer. I did and I have loved it. She called it a workhorse and it really is. After a hard paper jam a few days ago, (I finally cleared it) the message on the screen read "LOAD FILE AND EXECUTE". None of the indicator lights lit up. If I pressed the button with the check mark, the screen read "Download file now" and the "Ready" light comes on. I spent over four hours with "experts" from hp trying to clear those messages and get my printer back on track. It is still in the same condition. Do any of you have any idea how to fix that? |
