How some notaries get through a single signing is amazing!
These companies are playing a dangerous game here. Are they really prepared to ditch services, send signers copies electronically, let them handle return shipping, pay notary up front, be charged State notarization fees, get assessed supplies charges . . .? Lenders will have to step up if they want loans closed. Realtors - they're not cutting their commissions. You can be sure of that. |
