The monkey in the wrench is that the experienced NSA's are not rolling over and getting out of the way for newbies for good companies and closings. There are still plenty of decent priced signings out there for experienced Signing Agent of 3000+ signings behind them, who have put the work in, took their knocks and do their job professionally....newbies are getting frustrated they can't get in that group. It's not a fast fix, none of us made it overnight. There are also a bunch of low end companies willing to toss out low offered signings. Newbies have no choice to take them I guess. Experienced NSA's won't consider them, so the newbies have plenty of options. Newbies have to say "no", look up the company ratings and learn to turn back closings. Once enough newbies learn to say that word, that will hopefully put those SS's out of business, or this will continue forever. The experienced just need to rise above all that and continue to treat your SS's and Title companies like royalty who respect you and visa versa.
XYZ is getting frustrated and probably getting a gazillion complaints their hatchings who can't find work from paying companies. They do not know what to do with them...my guess. |
