However, when some company wants a "full" or "complete" BGC, you refer them to the NNA Letter that have already been sent to all Title Companies, Lenders and Signing Services. It tells them to get the information they wish - BGC, Certification, etc. If you PM me, I can send you a copy. I also entered my info on the their letter and rescanned it, so they can go direct to the website to see my particular information.
Okay, if that does not work for some of these companies that are saying their "lenders" require a full BGC, you simply send them a REDACTED COPY. This means you black out SS #, birthdates, and DL#. Then you can send the report. I do this and it satisfies all of the outfits that have requested a full BGC.
If they still don't like that, there is probably something wrong there, and you do not need to work for these people because they're probably sleazy and lowballers. You just don't need that bother. |
