For CA notaries
Posted by  MonicaFL of FL on 10/11/18 6:39am Msg #599274
I know its early there but maybe someone is up and couldn't sleep. Is there a rule in CA that when signing documents one must use black ink or blue ink? Or is it always whatever Title wants? I have a huge package and no instructions on ink color and can't get ahold of anyone. Got the docs last night and everyone was gone. Usually if there are no "instructions" as to ink color, I usually use blue. Thanks.
