By all means this forum needs more of, I applaud you, you can be our next "Erin Brockovich" of the deadbeat SS business's bringing reform and change. IF that is your intention you need to have deep pockets to really make a difference and hire an attorney who cares about it and open up a case for you. I do not see any attorney who will touch this over a maybe a couple of hundred bucks max.. Attorneys are out to make money, not to do good deeds for causes on pro-Bono for such a small audience as who complained on their list all from different states. A class action needs thousands of people, just not seeing those numbers. Most unlike yourself are smart to say "no". Spend time writing certified letters, mailing them, sending emails and filling out forms...pretty sure it's been done before, but go for it. None of those people stiffed before you will join your quest and spend more money chasing bad money. My advice is let it go, save your money, quit investing more time, and spend it researching your companies before you work for them. Believe the reviews, all those people warned you, so you get what is expected. If nobody accepts their closings and takes their calls, they will go out of business. |
