| LOL saw all of them, my business is based off a 30 turn time, the instructions I received stated maybe 45 days I was ok with that, the point is and your not getting, I took the risk and admitted it, now that the risk turned in to a bounced check, I was wanting additional evidence to prove intent to deceive / fraud, and forward it to the IC3 department aka FBI. because if he did not pay these people, then I am sure he committing tax fraud as well, Your wonderful words of wisdom is intriguing, look how much MD saved because of people walking away, I am guessing thousands, also what I am doing is also setting a standard, that this type of behavior will not go unpunished, and maybe title companies will also realize that these third party notary companies are driving the good notaries out of the business and causing unnecessary delays of mortgage documents and go back to direct contact with the notary. Pricing could stabilize, something that is much needed in this industry. Nothing is every easy, so why takes the easy way out? |
