Got a text this morning from them asking if I am available even though I specifically state on my web site that I don't work for signing services anymore. I tried to view their feedback on Signing Central and couldn't find them, and so I added them to the database. I immediately got a message back that they are already in the database. Huh? I don't think so. Constantly running into issues like this where signing services don't get the feedback that they deserve because they are here as a notary. These are the matches:

That is messed up.
