You cannot even notarize that if the Warranty Deed is off. They cannot add that to the Signature name Aff. either if it was never her. Warranty Deed is right, but the title docs are not. Nope time to adjourn. Seller packages not that big not to get it right, and when property transfers it all has to match for recording, especially title documents. JMO |
