But beginning July 1, electronic records "may" have a stamp, it isn't mandatory, as long as all the required information is in text form within the certificate. And for tangible records (that is, paper), instead of using an official stamp, the notary may clearly print the notary's name and commission number, in addition to the other information required in the certificate. |
