I want to thank you for posting so I can clarify the modifications
They on average are 20 pages 3 signatures and 1 notarization.
We have three new products added in the Loss Mitigation space, we have not decreased any of our fees on or purchase, refi, heloc reverse, cash purchase, sellers docs. ect.
We understand not everyone can accept this fee. We ask that if you can not do this fee that you negotiate on SD. We do understand the weather, and extenuating circumstances and expect that if a file falls in line with these circumstances we will offer more.
Our client is NOT Bancserv, so if they pay $60.00 that is great, but we don't receive that fee, so we can not offer that.
We absolutely respect what everyone needs to be paid, and if this is not a product you want to take on that is fine.
A modification is a sensitive set of documents, and I assume the lender does not pay a lot because there is not much money in it for anyone.
