Baby, it's cold outside, low 40s. I turned work away for yesterday and today and will pick it up on Monday again. I no longer need to do 8-10 signings a day. Traffic is getting worse and worse around here. A lot of Paradise residents who lost their homes are migrating to the central coast. Still helping my friend/neighbor with trust documents today.
I did have a purchase with a couple last week for a condo in Ventura, moved down here and got jobs and VOILA, found a place to buy. Couldn't do that in Paradise. He's an architect and says that Montecitan's are finally getting building permits to rebuild down our way less than a year since the fires and mudslides. Things are definitely turning around down here.
I spend this week mostly 5 major commercial and industrial closings, one RM app, two sellers packages and 7 refis. Not one of them was a slam dunk. All had issues.
