POA... end of life documents

Kind of ironic... in the last 2 weeks I have had just this scenario... explanation was "I read on the Internet". One was in case wife needs to sell the property quickly... Well you could have an issue with a General POA... please contact an attorney. I went to leave and the wife was shoving money in my hand... and NO I didn't take it...
