Keep looking for that needle in a haystack! It takes just one EO to begin using your services. It's like a cold, contagious. They begin to tell their EO friends/ colleagues that they have a great notary and the news spreads.
I would encourage NSA's throughout the rest of the country to do the same. Don't accept "no" just because you have only received "no" so far. I am 3rd, 4th, 5th string for some local offices and only hear from them a few times a month/year. But if you have a lot of those types of accounts, they add up! Can't be 1st string everywhere!
Networking is absolutely key in this business! I mean real networking, not just referral passing. Because of networking I am able to make more money and keep my direct clients even happier. It means rarely having to say "no".
