Virginia Settlement Services owned by James Lee

Has anyone performed notary services for the Virginia Settlement Services owned by James Lee used Snap Docs? I performed a signing on 10/02/2018 and have not received payment, I have contacted the owner James Lee and responded said that payment would be sent ASAP and I never received payment. Now he will not return my calls or emails. As anyone else had this problem with Virginia Settlement Services?
