Takes time to get experience, be established, and build trust...be patient. After the first year, you won't feel so "new". Then another year will go by and before you know it, you're renewing your commission. In this climate, give it 2 - 5 years, maybe longer. Most of the seasoned notaries here have 10+ years under their wings. We were new once and had to wait it out, too. Continue marketing and patience, patience, patience!
