| Probably best to notarize the request, whether or not it's required. You call New Jersey, person you speak to says NO, not necessary. You send it, person actually processing request rejects it 'cause it ain't notarized. You call New Jersey back and they say person you spoke to was uninformed, YES, request should have been notarized. Left hand doesn't know what right hand is doing. Another case of bone-headedness. Would save annoyance to send it notarized. |
