I believe that is how they did this. They are a Florida Title Company, so I thought was weird they pay the 15th of following month. Never seen that from a title company, and my 1st closing with them.
Today is only the 18th, but not letting this get out of hand, already emailed and spoke on phone, and "checking into it"... Sending the 15th as they state, the check should have been here yesterday or today... See what happens... |
