Hi Cheryl - you can buy yourself an HP Printer Maintenance roller kit for $13 on eBay. No need to spring for a new (or refurbished) printer. I replace my printer rollers once a year on both of my Laserjet 4515x printers and they just keep on printing.

Just type: HP Laserjet 4350 Printer Maintenance Roller Kit - really easy to install.
