You arrive on or before time, give them 10 minutes to vent and let it out, then calmly smile and tell them you are here and we are getting this done for them. You are sorry that happened, but don't get too involved in that issue. Happens all the time. You will never know the truth, what happened if there was a problem...it doesn't matter. The only thing you care about is saving the day. If you shine, you will rise to the #1 spot in the NSA list and be more than gracious. I won many accounts over for just such a thing. |
