I wish. This whole First American direct thing with Snapdocs is killing me. A long term relationship with local title offices down the drain. Bless the great folks on the front lines, they all put me down as a preferred notary... but the fees that come across are half what I used to get. $50 for a seller package with e-docs to print and either scanbacks or hand delivery back to the office? In what universe can any notary afford to work for that?
