I don't understand how or why they would not make "none of the above" an option - they already know the answer they're expecting you to give. Since you chose a property that you once owned but never lived in, and they rejected the answer, they are not basing the question on property records - they're basing it on known previous mailing addresses.

It makes no sense to me how they can give you four options that have never been a mailing address for you when they are supposed to know the one you should be choosing. That is seriously bad KBA.
