I am currently being trained and mentored by my mother in law who has been a paralegal and notary for over 15 years. She lives in Redmond, Oregon and I live in Austin, Texas so when it comes to her giving me advice about negotiating fees I want to get more opinions from people who are also in a highly populated city. I am very close to FedEx and UPS and I live pretty central and can get to many surrounding towns pretty quickly.
I'm curious to know what some people charge for same day orders and if you consider them "rush" orders, or up until how many hours would you consider it a rush order (i.e. 3 hours notice vs 10 hours notice)? Today I turned down a $50 debt resolution with 3 hours prior notice a few miles from my house. We went back and forth a bit but ultimately I didn't accept the offer. |
