| I highly doubt that is accurate, and remember we captain our own ship and set our bottom line. Just say no to that when offered and counter. There are a few platforms, such as the coffee site that you can input your zip code, look up your competition and see their prices posted to give you an idea for your area of what other's are asking. They could be charging $55.00 for a 1 page document, but surely not for a whole loan package. Don't be gullible. Good luck! |
