If the signing service wants its experienced agents to take a pay cut after cutting a deal with the coveted title client, in the end they have cost you a valuable partner.
The SD directory of lower fee notaries will always be there. That just can't be the focus of the vested Professional once she has proven her worth and prepared a profit/loss criteria.
Maybe that's the problem: So much time and resources invested by people that they feel that they can't take the power back. That has to take its toll emotionally and financially. |
