| Yes, this is a service; I had a GNW just this week, father was immobile and signing POA and we had to bring in credible witnesses. Son said that DMV was coming out the next week. I did not ask the criteria, but like Lisa, I have been telling clients about this for years. Basically telling them to contact DMV and ask them about the service. Makes sense they should be aiding in helping those that are bed bound. |
