| Great information about my cute little Apple Valley community but keep in mind I have several other communities that surround Apple Valley. Most of this is farm land that is being developed into single family housing. I wasn't able to find the market/trends for these communities, but this is where most of my business is coming from these days . . . all the new housing that is everywhere around me. |
