I think you have a point. While we all know that there's more to being a notary than what most people are aware, it's still a whole lot simpler than being a nurse, engineer, etc. There's only so much more that can be studied, although I believe Gerard came up with a pretty good list of suggestions. However, I don't doubt that XYZ will rise to the occasion and come up with all sorts of options to sell to notaries in any state that has these types of requirements - as long as there are enough notaries there to make it worth their while... Wink
