Re: notary not knowing

I really don't these, and am just wondering, in CA is the AHCD ombudsman requirement for skilled nursing facilities also applicable to hospitals ? Looking online (a Department of Aging regulation?), I just see skilled nursing facilities (which can be inside of a hospital), as requiring ombudsmans, but not in hospitals per se. Would love some clarity from people with more knowledge in this area. Thanks.
