A few years back a local news station ran a segment regarding an investigation into the BBB. When the business paid all A+ reviews. When they dropped the membership and quit paying, all of a sudden their rating went down the drain. It's scary these people control something so important to most with a small business and the average person who reads ratings and goes by them.
