True, sometimes in doubt print a 2nd copy and leave one blank, have one signed if they feel comfortable with that. That way the lender or title doesn't have to go back and print the one signed and get bent out of shape taking up a few minutes looking for it, instead they can shred the one they do not need. Attach a sticky note letting them know what you did.
