Okay, so they hire people who didn't pass their English 101 class. We're expected to give them a pass, but the minute we miss an obscure initial in condensed tiny print on the bottom far right of the last page of the 1003 form, we're called to task for it and are expected to immediately drive however many miles to have it inserted before the loan can fund. No, can't be tomorrow....has to be today!
