From what I understand, signing services may have an issue in the long run. One of the tests, is this your main business, may be be the determining factor. The SS that have the long lists of "rules" will also have more issues as an IC is supposed to be able freely complete the assignment without direction from the hiring party.

Will be interesting to see how this plays out over time.
