... CT prohibiting NSAs from conducting signings means that we / I no longer have to deal with the bottom feeders.

Price fixing is thoroughly illegal, although I suspect that a lot of companies (signing services, title companies, etc.) are doing it now to drive down prices.

Attorneys aren't going to go for the extremely low fees!
