A long time ago, FASS called me for a document

signing in Montecito. I quoted $150...bingo, approved.

When I received the documents through their portal, I called and asked where the rest of the package was, I was told this was it! It turned out to be a single document, a missed signature by the first notary. It was a critical document.

I guess the borrower was so hysterical that another notary had to come out and fix the issue, they just wanted it handled as well as possible. Sometimes you're in the right place at the right time.

Relationship building with direct clients is critical to sustaining our business.
