The governor of KY is putting up billboards along the highway luring businesses and citizens to relocate to their state for better quality of life, lower crime and taxes. It's working. That means a lot of home buying/selling. Also KY is on the list of best cities to retire in. I think there will be a lot of opportunity for notaries in KY.
