accepting POA on a QCD
Posted by Blueink_TN of TN on 11/24/19 2:44pm Msg #612773
I signed a refi today which included a QCD removing a party from the title. Her son (also on title & loan) had durable general POA for her, however my instructions from Title did not mention this. Would you have accepted the POA and completed the signing? Of course, it's Sunday and unable to ask~ Your thoughts?
