Looks like you have a little competition in your area of Venice, FL, Scott. Or not...who knows more than you do about the nuts and bolts of lending, processing, and underwriting. A lot of people in this business don't know the first thing about loan docs and should not be in the business. The only way to stand out in a crowd is to market your skills and experience.
