Was viewing TitleSource and was caught by the Fairfax County woman's ordeal.
Shame that Attorney actually approved/endorsed fraud scheme by Not checking IDs!

Crazy how legitimate reasons for title transfers have to be subject to scrutiny on steroids (See Msg #612773); and if legal entities cannot be trusted to do their jobs, doom for rest of us. Attorney let the bonnet-wearing wolf literally in the Front door(s) (talk about heading to 'hell' in a handbasket!).
