Mike from Doc Signers.

A very kind man. I had a very pleasant phone call with him last night following a signing. Couldn't ask for a better person to work with as far as my experience goes.

I am still a bit slow at the signing table. I prefer to err on the side of caution, still, but I don't make mistakes (that I'm aware of). Last night, I made a mistake. The signers wrote in a date in a place they shouldn't have. My wife had her green card interview yesterday, and I was up at 3:30 am to make sure everything was in order and helping her prepare for it. I was beat after spending the day doing that and other related tasks and the error slipped my notice when I was checking docs.

He texted me and let me know. I had already dropped the docs at FedEx, but was able to get them back and got the signers to re-sign their copy of the Note. I really appreciated him taking the time to reach out to give me the chance to make up my error and listen to a bit of his philosophy on being in the signing business. He went out of his way to turn it into a teachable moment, which he was of course under no obligation to do. It's no wonder that they have such a good ranking on SC.

I just wanted to add my voice to the crowd that seems to be pleased with them. Hope they keep going strong and continue to be good people to do business with.
