Is that payment through SD's VendorPay? However, my last signing through SD with VendorPay seemed to take a while from the time I received the email advising payment was on it's way. Seems SD waits for TC/SS's payment to clear then issues notary's payment (jmo). So, even though I received an email notifying me of payment coming approx. 1 week after signing, actual payment appearing in my account took an additional week (signing 11/15th, payment posted 11/29th) -- still not a bad turn around.
If payment is not through VendorPay, who sent you the email saying check was on its way?
