Umm - there is no "precedent" here - there was no SCOTUS decision, only an agreement to grant certiorari - which only means they'll hear the full case at some point during the next term. In the process, they lifted SOME of the bans imposed by the lower courts. That's it - there's no road map for Trump to do it right the next time and no prohibition yet for the lower courts to consider any future bans he might create.
