So you think that rolling back regulations that allow everyone to have equal access to all content is a good thing? These regulations stop ISPs from blocking or slowing access to content that competes with their own or with which they disagree. Without net neutrality, an ISP can arbitrarily decide to do things like block users from viewing conservative news outlets for example, or to slow down video streaming to extort money from a content provider (something Comcast did to Netflix 3 or 4 years ago, before the rules went into effect) - in your opinion, this is good? |
