I agree it's odd that the audio didn't start, but it's the cop's bodycam and he can control that.
It'a disturbing how many videos like this are surfacing - not only cops behaving badly, but people behaving badly by calling cops in to handle problems they don't need to be handling. I'm sure this was happening before the advent of body cams and cellphone videos - the cameras didn't create the problem, they just let us see it. |
