There is no VOTER fraud - that's a myth spread by people like Kobach to suppress voting rights. No evidence that it exists on a massive scale as Kobach insists has ever been presented by anyone.
VOTE fraud is another matter - that can happen when the agency tasked with tallying the votes changes the reported totals to favor a particular candidate, and especially when that candidate supervises the agency in question. How do you lose 100 votes?
Kobach's majority is now down to less than 60 votes, which will trigger a recount.
