No one has been assaulted - there has been no violence in these confrontations. Americans have the right to challenge their elected representatives whenever and wherever they choose to do so. Please cite a single incident in which an elected official was physically assaulted.

He has said that the Democrats are responsible and paying for the caravan from Honduras - lie, there's no evidence.
He has said that the caravan includes criminals and "Middle Easterners" - lie, there's no evidence of either.
He has said that every Democratic Senator has signed onto a bill that will allow for open borders - lie, no such bill exists.
He has said there were riots in California - lie.
He has said that he is going to give tax cuts to the middle class by November - lie. Congress is not in session again until Nov 13, so what he's saying is impossible.
