Immigration

A few points to consider:

* http://usconstitution.net/const.html
Please refer to Article 1, Section 8; then, Amendment 14

* http://www.history.com/news/donald-trump-father-mother-ancestry
It appears Friedrich Trump illegally fled his native Germany in 1885 to avoid compulsory military service and go to America.

It further appears our current president is a first generation product of "chain migration."

From what I could find, Donald's grandfather, Friedrich, followed his sister to U.S. (She came here a year before he did.) He married a woman from his German hometown and they attempted to return to Germany. However, because of his draft-dodging, they lost their Bavarian citizenship and had to return to U.S. They settled in NY where Donald's father, Fred, was born. At a party, Fred met a young woman, Mary Ann, from Scotland who came from poverty and lived very modestly. They married and eventually Donald was born.

Were Donald's grandparents ever legally/officially admitted to the U.S.? Did that process even exist back then? Still searching for that. What I did find, however, was the source of the Trump wealth - exploitation/brothels: http://www.bloomberg.com/features/2016-trump-family-fortune/
