June is great! And believe it or not, it will be a lot cooler than most parts of FL, especially central FL and Orlando areas. We had 97 last week in Orlando in beginning of April. Ugh! The last 8 years in south FL we never hit that high...most was mid to upper 80's and a nice ocean breeze. Many old Key's home do not even have AC to this day, and they open the windows and catch the cross sea breezes. You may also want to consider taking the Dry Tortugas National Park Ferry from Key West. Never been there, but would love to go.
