Well, Joan, you have certainly helped a lot of us out during your tenure here and offered up a lot great tips and information about how to get a foothold in the RM arena. You've been a wonderful mentor and a great, supportive friend to many.
I'm happy that so many people jumped in to lend you a hand up. It's called paying it forward.
