I easily lose track of time, so is it this week? Please reminds us of which day so we can all be sending some good positive energy your way. Sounds like you've done a great job of preparing, so I'll be expecting to hear about how well everything goes.
I haven't really tried any long fasts, but the intermittent ones I did last week helped me feel less guilty over the past weekend. A first cousin who I've been close to most of my life got married on Saturday and it felt like a weekend of non-stop eating. (Lots of other family in town, too.) So today, I'm back on a sort of 16/8 plan (with plenty of fluids), and trying to make healthy choices. Still reading up on IF, but so far I'm thinking of it primarily as something to do intermittently as a way to stabilize my weight and promote good health, yet still allow for the occasional indulgence, when socializing.
